The Texans Against Lawsuit Abuse (TALA) is a judicial reform organization in Texas. The goal of the organization is tort liability reform and educating citizens about the ramifications of lawsuit abuse.[1]
Areas of focus
In addition to tort reform, TALA also studies and advocates on behalf of:
- Access to health care
- Making courts more fair
- Protecting consumers
- Improving law and defending reforms[1]
