Texas early voting begins Monday

AUSTIN, Texas: Tomorrow Texans will begin voting on 11 proposed constitutional amendments. Early voting takes place October 19 - 30. Texas residents may either vote in person at a polling place or by mail. However, those that miss the early voting period can vote on election day, November 3, 2009.[1]
