The Texas judicial elections of 2010 consisted of a Primary Election on March 2, 2010 and a General Election on November 2, 2010.

There were three contested seats for the Texas Supreme Court.

There was one contested seat and two uncontested seats on the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.
