Thad S. Ballard was the District 6 representative of the Elko County School District Board of Trustees in Nevada. He was first elected to the office without opposition in the 2006. He was re-elected to a second term on the board in the 2010 primary election and to a third in the June 10, 2014, primary election.
Biography
Ballard is the director of owner services at Wells Rural Electric Company. He attended Wells High School and Great Basin College.[1]
