Biography
Thayer Spencer served in the U.S. Navy from 1991 to 1994. Spencer earned a high school diploma from Alexandria Senior High. Spencer graduated from Louisiana Tech University and the U.S. Navy Medical Corp. Spencer's career experience includes working as a healthcare professional.[1]
