- Symone Sanders, Bernie Sanders’ national press secretary, parted ways with the Sanders campaign. “I just believe my time with the campaign has come to an end,” she said.
- The New York Times reported that Donald Trump will not permit former presidential rivals U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Ohio Gov. John Kasich (R) to speak at the Republican National Convention if they do not endorse him.
