Theodor C. Albert
Theodor C. Albert is a Federal Bankruptcy Court Judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Central District of California. He was appointed on June 1, 2005, and re-appointed to a 14-year term effective June 1, 2019.[1][2]
Education
Judge Albert attended Stanford University in California from 1971 to 1975 to earn his Bachelors degree and the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law from 1975 to 1978 to earn his J.D.[1][3]
Career
From 1983 to 1995 Albert practiced at the Law office of Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger in Newport Beach, California. In 1995, he co-founded law practice Albert, Weiland & Golden in Costa Mesa, California. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1978.[1]
