Theodore Fleming is a judge of the Idaho 4th Judicial District. He assumed office in 2022. His current term ends in 2025.
Fleming was a magistrate for the 4th Judicial District in Idaho, serving Elmore County. He was appointed to the court to replace retired Judge George Hicks.[1] On September 28, 2022, Gov. Brad Little (R) appointed him to the District Court.
Biography
Fleming earned a bachelor's degree from the College of Idaho and a master's degree from Boise State University. He earned his J.D. from Oklahoma City University. Fleming is a partner with Fleming Law Offices. He previously worked as deputy prosecuting attorney for Canyon County from 2006 to 2013.[1]
