Theodore Hoskins
Theodore Hoskins (b. June 15, 1938) is a former Democratic member of the Missouri House of Representatives. He represented District 80 from 2003 to 2011.
Hoskins earned his B.S. in business administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and AA from Florissant Valley Community College.
He was an Airman 2nd Class in the United States Air Force from 1956-1961, Mayor of the City of Berkeley in 1996, and has worked as Owner/Chief Executive Officer of T & L Automated Accounting Services, and a Manager of Special Financial Projects.
Hoskins is a member of Eastgate 95, the Second Missionary Baptist Church, and the Missouri Black Legislative Caucus. He is married and has 3 children.[1]
