Theodore McMillian
Theodore McMillian (1919-2006) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.
McMillian was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on August 3, 1978, to a seat vacated by William Webster; he was confirmed by the Senate on September 22, 1978, and received commission the next day. He assumed senior status on July 1, 2003, and served in that capacity until his death on January 18, 2006.[1]
