Theodore Newman

Theodore Newman was a judge on the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. He was appointed to the court by President Gerald Ford in 1976.[1]
Education
Newman received his undergraduate degree from Brown University in 1955 and his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1958.[1]
Military service
After law school, Newman joined the U.S. Air Force JAG Corps, where he served for three years. [1]
