Theodore Philip LeBlanc is a judge of the Calvert County Orphans Court in Calvert County in Maryland. He was elected on November 4, 2014, to a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[1][2]

Education

LeBlanc received both his undergraduate degree and J.D. from the University of Maryland.[3]

Primary: He was successful in the Republican primary on June 24, 2014, receiving 46.8 percent of the vote. He competed against Leslie M. Downs. Primary candidates competed for 2 seats and thus ran unopposed.
