Theodore R. Eschenburg
Theodore R. Eschenburg was a judge for the First Circuit Court in Worcester County, Maryland.[1] He retired from the court in June 2010.[2][3] He was replaced by Brian Shockley, who was appointed by Governor Martin O'Malley in 2010.[4]
