Theresa Johnson
Theresa Johnson is a judge on the Berks County Court of Common Pleas in Berks County, Pennsylvania. She was elected on November 5, 2013 for a term ending in 2023.[1]
2013 election
Johnson ran for election to the Berks County Court of Common Pleas.
Primary: She received 24.0 percent of the vote in the Democratic primary on May 21, 2013. She also cross-filed as a Republican, winning that primary with 17.2% of the vote.
General: She was elected in the general election on November 5, 2013, with 43.2 percent of the vote. Eleni Dimitriou Geishauer and Madelyn S. Fudeman were also on the ballot, competing for two open seats.
Education
Johnson earned her undergraduate degree from Penn State University.[5]
Career
Johnson serves as the first assistant district attorney in the Berks County District Attorney’s Office.[5]
