Theresa Kilgore is a judge of the Teller County Court in Colorado. She was appointed by Governor John Hickenlooper (D) on August 7, 2015, to replace Linda Billings-Vela, who was appointed to the Fourth Judicial District Court. Kilgore's term expires in 2018.[1]

Kilgore received a bachelor's degree from the College of William & Mary and a J.D. from the Catholic University Columbus School of Law.[1]
Career
Kilgore was the managing attorney of Colorado Legal Services' office in Colorado Springs from 2007 until her judicial appointment in 2015. She was a staff attorney at the office from 1997 to 2007. Other professional experience includes serving as a senior legal editor at McGraw Hill Publishing Company, Inc. and working as an associate at the law firm Cornish & Dell’Olio.[1]
