Biography
Thom Welby graduated from West Scranton High School in 1968. Welby's career experience includes working as the director of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and the Pennsylvania House Democratic Caucus, the chief of staff of then-State Representative Martin Flynn, and an advertising consultant with WNEP-TV.[1][2]
