Thomas A. Brown, Jr. was a judge on the Vicinage 4 Superior Court in New Jersey. He served on the Criminal Division.[1] He was appointed by former Governor Christine Todd Whitman in 1997.[2] He is now retired.
Education
Brown received both his bachelor's degree and J.D. from Rutgers University.[3]
Career
Prior to his judicial appointment in 1997, Brown was an assistant United States attorney.[2]
