Thomas A. James, Jr. is the President Judge on the Columbia-Montour County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] James was elected to the court in 2009 to a term that expires in 2019.[2]

James earned his undergraduate degree from Dickinson College and his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University.[3]
