2014

Fodi's campaign website highlighted the following issues:[5]

Liberty

  • Excerpt: "Restrain government to its limited role of protecting the rights of all to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness."

Equality

  • Excerpt: "True Marriage Equality = Privatization of Marriage; up until the 20th century marriage was a private contract between private citizens which the state recognized as legally binding. The state did not define marriage or establish restrictive perimeters for it. Today the state should have no legal authority to “define marriage” or permit/deny consenting adults access to marriage. Marriage should return to a private contract between consenting adults who are free to define their relationship as they see fit."

Accountability

  • Excerpt: "Put an end to the full-time, career politicians at the state level by re-establishing the part-time legislature which is common place in all but four states."

Prosperity

  • Excerpt: "Ensure community development, long term school funding, and personal prosperity by eliminating the archaic system of school property taxes and funding schools through sales/income taxes."
