Cobitz earned his B.S. in Commerce from DePaul University in Chicago and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 1989.[3]
Career
Cobitz career includes working as an assistant state attorney, operating a private practice and time as a Traffic Court Magistrate. He has a total of 25 years of experience.[3]
