Thomas B. Hoover
Thomas B. Hoover was a circuit court judge for the 9th Judicial Circuit in Virginia.[1] He was elected to the court by the Virginia General Assembly and assumed the bench on February 1, 1998.[2] Hoover retired from the bench on December 31, 2014.[3]
Education
Hoover received both his undergraduate and J.D. degrees from the University of Richmond.[4]
Career
Before he joined the 9th Judicial Circuit, Hoover served as a judge for the 9th Judicial District Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court. He also previously served as a commonwealth's attorney for New Kent County for thirteen years.[5]
