Thomas James Clary (1899-1977) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Clary received a recess appointment from President Harry Truman on October 21, 1949, to a new seat created by 63 Stat. 493; he was nominated on January 5, 1950, confirmed by the Senate on March 8, 1950, and received his commission on March 9th. He served as chief judge from 1961-1969 and assumed senior status on March 1, 1969, and served in that capacity until his death on August 1, 1977.
