Thomas Drechsler
Thomas Drechsler is an associate justice for the Massachusetts Superior Courts. He was nominated to the court by former Governor Deval Patrick on July 16, 2014, and his nomination was confirmed by the Governor's Council on September 3, 2014.[1][2] Drechsler may serve on the court until he turns the mandatory retirement age of 70.[3]
Education
Drechsler received his bachelor's degree from New York University and his J.D. from the Boston College Law School.[1]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Drechsler was a partner at the law firm of Byrne & Drechsler, which he joined in 1985. He previously served as an assistant district attorney.[1]
