Thomas E. Dempsey was a judge on the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Dempsey passed away in June of 2012.[2]
Education
Dempsey earned his undergraduate degree from LaSalle University and his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame.[3]
2011 election
Dempsey was retained with a "yes" vote of 75.5%.[4]
