Thomas E. Mountjoy is the presiding judge for the 31st Circuit Court in Missouri.[1] He was appointed to the court in 1996. Mountjoy's current term expires in 2018.[2]

Education

Mountjoy earned his Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude in criminal justice administration from Central Missouri State University in 1974 and his J.D. with distinction from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 1977.[3][2]
