Thomas F. Stansfield
Thomas F. Stansfield was a judge on the Fifth Circuit Court for Carroll County in Maryland. He was appointed to the court on August 27, 2004 and served as the Chief Judge from August 27, 2019 until his retirement on June 14, 2020.[1]
Education
Stansfield received his undergraduate degree in history and business administration from Towson State University in 1972 and his J.D. from the South Texas College of Law in 1976.[1]
