Thomas Garcia (b. 1972) is a former Democratic member of the New Mexico House of Representatives, representing District 68 from 2007 to 2013.

Garcia ran for the state Senate in the 8th District in 2012. He lost to incumbent Pete Campos in the June 5 Democratic primary.[1]

Garcia won re-election to the 68th District seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition and was unchallenged in the general election which took place on November 2, 2010.[2]

On November 4, 2008, Garcia was elected to the 68th District Seat in the New Mexico House of Representatives, besting Sylvia Olson (R).[3] Garcia raised $70,200 for his campaign, while Olson did not raise any money.[4]
