Thomas H. Fulton
Thomas H. Fulton was the chief judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Western District of Kentucky. He was appointed to the court on December 6, 2002.[1][2] He retired in 2020.[3]
Education
Judge Fulton received his undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University and his J.D. from Tulane University.[4] He also received a graduate degree from Columbia University.[5]
Career
Fulton was a lecturer at Loyola University and the University of Memphis. Later, he went on to work in private practice with Humphreys, Dunlap, Acuff & Stanton in Memphis. He also served as Minute Man II Missile Launch Commander at Malmstrom Air Force Base.[5]
