Thomas H. Kelley, VI was a judge on the York County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. Kelley was elected in 2003 to a term that expired in 2013.[1][2] He was retained on November 5, 2013.[3] Kelley retired from the court effective October 9, 2015.[4]

Education

Kelley earned his undergraduate degree from Dickinson College and his J.D. from the University of Richmond.[1][2][5]

Career

Kelley first became a judge on the York County Court of Common Pleas in 2003.

2013 election

Kelley, VI was retained to the York County Court of Common Pleas with 72.3 percent of the vote on November 5, 2013. [3]
