Thomas Haia

Thomas Haia is a judge of the O`ahu First Circuit Family Court of Hawaii. Chief Justice Mark Recktenwald appointed Haia to the court on September 11, 2020, to replace elevated Judge Kevin A. Souza.[1][2]
Education
Haia received a J.D. from the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law.[1]
Career
Haia was admitted to the Hawaii State Bar in 1995. Since then, he worked for the First Circuit Family Court as a per diem judge, Thomas A.K. Haia, Attorney at Law, and the County of Kauai.[1]
