Thomas Haluska was a Minnesota Tax Court judge.[1][2] Governor Mark Dayton (D) appointed Haluska to the court in August 2013.[3][4]
Education
Haluska received both his bachelor's degree and J.D. from the University of Minnesota.[2]

Haluksa served in the United States Navy from 1969 until 1972.[2]
