Thomas Harland
Thomas Harland (Constitution Party) ran in a special election to the Wisconsin State Assembly to represent District 64. Harland was disqualified from the special general election scheduled on April 30, 2019.
Harland was disqualified by the Wisconsin Election Commission from the District 64 election after he did submit nomination papers.[1]
