Thomas Howard DuVal
Thomas Howard DuVal (1813-1880) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
He was nominated by President Franklin Pierce on February 26, 1857. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 3, 1857, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on October 10, 1880.[1] DuVal was succeeded in this position by Ezekiel Turner.
