Thomas J. Felnagle
Thomas J. Felnagle was a superior court judge for Pierce County Superior Court, Washington.
[1] He was appointed to the court by Governor Booth Gardner in 1991, and retired on October 31, 2014.[2]
Career
At the time of his judicial appointment, Felnagle served as legal counsel to Gov. Booth Gardner. He was also the chief criminal deputy prosecutor in Pierce County, and worked in private practice.[2]
2012 evaluation
The Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association placed Felnagle as 1st out of the 22 Pierce County judges, giving him a 95.8% positive rating.[3]
