Thomas J. Munley

Thomas J. Munley was the president judge of the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Munley was elected to the court in 2005. He was retained in 2015. He retired from the court effective January 3, 2022.[2]
Education
Munley earned his undergraduate degree from East Stroudsburg University and his J.D. from Loyola University in New Orleans.[3]
