Thomas Jennings Bailey
Thomas Jennings Bailey (1867-1963) was an Associate Justice on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
He was nominated by President Woodrow Wilson on May 16, 1918 to fill the seat vacated by Walter Irving McCoy. He was confirmed by the Senate on May 22nd, and received commission that same day. On November 1, 1950, he assumed senior status. He served in this capacity until his death on January 9, 1963.[1]
