Thomas Joseph Walker
Thomas Joseph Walker (1877-1945) was a federal judge on the United States Customs Court.
Walker was nominated to the USCC by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt. He was commissioned on June 20, 1940. He served until his death on January 18, 1945.[1]
