Thomas Kalitowski
Thomas J. Kalitowski (b. 1948) was a judge on the Minnesota Court of Appeals. He was appointed to this position by Governor Rudy Perpich in November of 1987, and was subsequently elected to successive six-year terms in 1990, 1996, 2002 and 2008. He announced his retirement in 2013, effective April 1, 2014.[1][2]
Education
Kalitowski was born on March 26, 1948. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota in 1970 and his J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1973.[1]
