Thomas Kelly (Republican Party) is a member of the Wyoming House of Representatives, representing District 30. He assumed office on January 6, 2025. His current term ends on January 4, 2027.

Biography
Thomas Kelly was born in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Kelly earned a bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University in 1992, a graduate degree from Roosevelt University in 1999, a second graduate degree from Loyola University Chicago in 2003, and a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2010. Kelly's career experience includes working as a university department chair.[1]
