Thomas Kennedy (Colorado)
Thomas Kennedy was a judge for the Fourth Judicial District of Colorado. He was appointed by Governor Bill Owens in May 1999, and was most recently retained by voters in 2014.[1] His six-year term was set to expire on January 11, 2021, but Kennedy retired prior to that in 2015.[2]

Kennedy was retained to the Fourth Judicial District with 70.2 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [3]

Education
Kennedy received his law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in December 1982.[1]
Career
Kennedy worked for the El Paso County District Attorney's Office from 1983 through 1984. He then worked as a private practice lawyer until his judicial appointment in 1999.[1]
