Biography
Thomas Kutz was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He earned a bachelor's degree from Grove City College in 2016. Kutz's professional experience includes working as a congressional staff member on the U.S. House Committee on Ways & Means and as policy director at the Pennsylvania State Senate.[1]

Thomas will work to make Pennsylvania more business friendly through advancing pro-growth policies to make Pennsylvania more competitive and attractive for businesses and families.
- Every student and every citizen should be safe in school and in their neighborhoods. As a Township Commissioner, Thomas has voted to support funding for officers and advancements in technology to keep our community safe. As State Representative, Thomas will support programs that keep our students safe at school and our neighborhoods a safe place for families.
- Pennsylvania is facing a substantial deficit in the coming years. As a Township Commissioner, Thomas enacted responsible budgets by holding the line on taxes and cutting spending. As State Representative, Thomas will work tirelessly to protect taxpayer dollars by leading with responsible budget policies.
