Thomas Lenfert
Thomas Lenfert was a hopeful Democratic candidate for Governor of Indiana in the 2012 election. He announced his intention to run in June 2011, but did not collect the requisite 500 signatures from each of the state's Congressional districts to make his candidacy official.[1] Lenfert was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 72 of the Indiana House of Representatives. Lenfert was defeated by Sharon Grabowski in the Democratic primary on May 8, 2012.[2]

Lenfert was seeking the Democratic nomination for governor, but he did not qualify to file for election by the February 10, 2012 deadline.
Indiana House of Representatives
Lenfert ran in the 2012 election for Indiana House of Representatives District 72. Lenfert was defeated by Sharon Grabowski in the Democratic primary on May 8, 2012.[2] Incumbent Edward D. Clere ran unopposed in the Republican primary. The general election took place on November 6, 2012.[3]
