Thomas M. Bianco

Thomas M. Bianco is a judge on the Indiana County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He was elected in 2011 and his term expires in 2022.
2011 election
Bianco won the Democratic party primary on May 17. He received 66% in the Democratic primary and 36.2% of the vote in the Republican primary.[1] He defeated Michael T. Clark in the general election on November 8, winning 51.5% of the vote.[2]

Education
Bianco earned his undergraduate degree Summa Cum Laude from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1990. He earned his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law in 1993.[3]
Professional career
After his admission to the bar Bianco served as a law clerk for one year. He then worked as both an assistant public defender and district attorney while maintaining a private practice. In 2008 he became the Indiana County District Attorney.[3]
