Thomas M. Higgins
Thomas M. Higgins (b. October 22, 1964) was a Republican candidate for District 25 of the Alaska House of Representatives. The primary election was on August 24, 2010, and the general election was on November 2, 2010.
Higgins has been a candidate for the following offices in the following years: Anchorage Assembly in 2001, United States Senate in 2002, Mayor of Anchorage in 2003, United States House of Representatives in 2004, and Alaska House of Representatives in 2006.
About
Higgins attended the Wyoming Technical Institution Incorporated in 1982. He later earned his B.A. from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2002.
Higgins was a box office manager for the University of Alaska Theater Department from 1999 to 2001. From 1998 to 2002, he was a distribution manager for Anchorage Publishing. He then worked as office manager of the Anchorage Community Theater in 2003. Higgins has worked as a stage technician for the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees Local 918 since 1999.

Higgins was unopposed in the August 24 primary. He was defeated by incumbent Democrat Mike Doogan in the November 2 general election.
