Thomas M. O'Diam is a judge for the Greene County Court of Common Pleas Probate Division in Xenia, Ohio. He was appointed to the court by Governor John Kasich on July 16, 2013, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Robert A. Hagler. O'Diam assumed the bench on August 5, 2013.[1] He was re-elected to the Greene County Court of Common Pleas Domestic Relations Division in 2014, winning a term that expired on February 8, 2021.[2]

Education
O'Diam received his B.S. in agriculture from the Ohio State University in 1981 and his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1985.[1]

Before his appointment to the court, O'Diam practiced law with his firm of O'Diam & Stecker Law Group, Inc. from 1985 to 2013, specializing in estate planning, estate administration, business organization, succession planning, and real estate law.[1][4]
