|- Open up the economy. Governor Walz shut down the entire state, putting thousands of people out of work. You should be able to provide for your family. I will be committed to fighting against a governor who treats the legislature as an obstacle, rather than a coequal branch of government.
- Lower our taxes. Minnesota's tax structure looks like it belongs in California or New York. This has resulted in lost jobs, families living paycheck to paycheck, and a bleak economic environment. You shouldn't have to give this much money to the twin cities. I will fight to lower taxes for everyone in this district.
- Protect our skilled workers. Here in the northland, we have a rich history of loggers, miners, truckers, and other occupations that built this country. The Twin Cities DFL has decided to side with radical environmentalists, against these great workers. I will fight for every industry that makes this district great.
