Thomas Martin Kennerly (1874-1962) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

He was nominated by President Herbert Hoover on January 24, 1931 to replace Joseph Chappell Hutcheson Jr. He was confirmed by the Senate on February 4th of that year, and received commission on February 7th. He assumed senior status on August 29, 1954 and continued to serve in this capacity until his death on July 29, 1962.[1] Kennerly was succeeded in this position by Joe Ingraham.
