Thomas Michael Pelagatti is a judge on the Orphans Court of Calvert County in Calvert County in Maryland. He was elected to the court on November 2, 2010, and assumed office on December 7, 2010.[1][2] Pelagatti was re-elected to the Orphans Court of Calvert County without opposition in 2014, winning a term that expired on December 31, 2018.[3][4]

Pelagatti was elected to the Orphans Court of Calvert County along with Leslie M. Downs and Jessie Jo Bowen with 24.57% of the vote in the general election on November 2, 2010.[6]

Pelagatti received his undergraduate degree from Mount St. Mary's College and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore.[7]

Career

In addition to being judge of the Orphans Court of Calvert County, Pelagatti also maintains a private law practice.[7]
