On February 6, 2025, Mullikin became the South Carolina Director of Natural Resources following the retirement of Robert Boyles.[1]
Biography
Thomas Mullikin’s career experience includes serving as the chairman of the South Carolina Floodwater Commission. He also served as an international legal officer and assistant staff judge advocate with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps.[2]
