Thomas P. Olivieri
Thomas P. Olivieri was a judge on the Vicinage 6 Superior Court in New Jersey.[1] He was appointed in 1992 by former Governor Jim Florio, and was named presiding judge of the General Equity division in 2002. Olivieri retired in 2012.[2]
Education
Olivieri received both his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Notre Dame. In 1975, he earned his J.D. from the University of Richmond.[2]
Career
Olivieri worked in the law offices of Olivieri & Lamparello prior to joining the Superior Court. Previously, he had been an assistant prosecutor in Hudson and Bergen Counties. After his retirement from the bench, Olivieri joined the law firm Chasan Leyner & Lamparello as counsel.[2]
